Try Before You Buy Return Policy:

You'll have 10 days to try your items and decide if you'd like to keep or return them. For returns, you will receive a return label with your order that you will use to ship your items back to Gobez. Please email saron@shopgobez.com with any questions!

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. No marks or wear and tear will be accepted.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the items.
  3. If items are returned with damages, the card on file will be charged full price.

Purchase Return Policy:

At Gobez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 20 days of purchase.

  3. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at saron@shopgobez.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 20 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We charge a $10 return shipping label fee. 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
