Return Policy:

At Gobez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
